The Lotha Academy has launched a Lotha-English Dictionary App for Android, developed with Zuthungo Kithan, offering offline two-way language support and IPA features.

DIMAPUR — A Lotha-English Dictionary App for Android users was released by the Lotha Academy on September 1.
According to an update, the app is a collaborative work between the Lotha Academy and Zuthungo Kithan, the app developer. One can search for and download it for free from Google Play Store.

It said that this bilingual dictionary app was developed in response to a request by many Lothas for a dictionary that would help them find the Lotha equivalent of English words in their daily communication. Users can search words from Lotha to English and from English to Lotha.
This app works completely offline and is optimised for speed and clarity. It has important key features such as two-way language support, International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA), history, bookmarks, suggestions to add more words, feedback, and help.
