Konyak Students’ Union dedicates library-cum-multi-utility hall at Wangkhao Government College

DIMAPUR — The Konyak Students’ Union (KSU) organised the dedication programme of a library-cum-multi-utility hall at Wangkhao Government College, Mon, on Thursday.

In his welcome address, A Pangnan, general secretary of KSU, highlighted the vision and collective efforts behind the project, while T Noklem, former president of KSU, shared a brief note on the background and significance of the initiative, according to a press release.

The event was attended with speeches by Dr. Tialila, principal of Wangkhao Government College, and Wennyei, deputy commissioner Mon, who lauded the union’s commitment to the academic upliftment of students and emphasised the need for quality educational facilities in the district.

Meanwhile, the Konyak Students’ Union acknowledged and expressed gratitude to Temjen Imna Along, Minister of Higher Education, for his continued support and encouragement towards the development of higher education in Nagaland.

It said that his vision for academic excellence and infrastructural growth remains a source of inspiration for the student community.
