DIMAPUR — Nagaland government has declared April 4 (first Saturday) as a holiday for all state government offices in Kohima, in lieu of the working day observed on March 28 for financial year closing.
According to a notification issued by the Home Department (General Administration Branch-II), the decision was taken to compensate for the fourth Saturday, March 28, which had been designated a working day to facilitate financial year-end procedures.
The notification stated that all state government offices located in Kohima will remain closed on April 4.
