Kiphire forest division organises plantation drive at Zisaji Presidency College.

KIPHIRE — The Kiphire Forest Division, in collaboration with the district administration, organised a plantation drive at the boys’ hostel of Zisaji Presidency College (ZPC) on Thursday.
Speaking at the programme, Chupitho, assistant conservator of forest (ACF) of Kiphire, reminded the participants to give back to Mother Earth for the many blessings received from it.

He has expressed gratitude to ZPC and all the partners including the district administration, Miss Kiphire, Department of Social Welfare, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao and others for their commitment to protecting nature.
The finalists of Miss Kiphire 2025 also actively took part in the plantation drive.
The plantation was held as part of the Seva Parv campaign, which runs from September 17 to October 2. The national campaign aims to educate and encourage citizens to take part in social welfare activities that help the community and the environment.
