- DIMAPUR — In the
latest demonstration of defiance and opposition from Naga communities, the
Khiamniungan Tribal Council (KTC) has called for a democratic public rally at
ITC (Dan) on April 3 to protest the Centre’s decision to scrap the Free
Movement Regime (FMR) and fence the Indo-Myanmar border.
- This was decided during an emergency meeting held at Noklak
town on Sunday. The council has invited all like-minded individuals to
participate in the rally.
