- DIMAPUR — The
department of Finance has announced a temporary shutdown of the Chief
Minister's Universal Life Insurance Scheme (CMLIS) portal from May 1 to the 4th
in order to facilitate scheduled system maintenance and upgrades.
- During the maintenance period, all portal services will be
inaccessible, including new registrations, adding dependants, downloading claim
forms, and other related functions. Users have been advised to complete any
pending tasks prior to or after the downtime.

- Normal operations will resume on May 5, after the completion
of the maintenance work. For any urgent enquiries or assistance during the
downtime, users have been advised to contact the CMLIS helpline at 7005288156
or visit the SCK Centres located at the respective districts’ deputy
commissioner’s (DC) offices.
