ICFAI University Nagaland organises financial literacy camp under the RBI MoneyWise Centre for Financial Literacy (CFL) initiative.

DIMAPUR — The ICFAI University Nagaland (IUN), in collaboration with the CRISIL Foundation, the CSR arm of CRISIL Limited, organised a financial literacy camp on August 28 on the theme “Living in financial empowerment” under the RBI MoneyWise Centre for Financial Literacy (CFL) initiative.
An update from the university stated that the programme was coordinated by the Department of Economics ensuring that students and faculty benefit from sustained financial awareness initiatives.
It stated that the resource person, Isile Nza, capacity building officer at RBI Centre for Financial Literacy, Nagaland, CRISIL Foundation, took an insightful session on the importance of managing money wisely, planning for the future and practicing responsible financial behavior.

Drawing from her personal experiences, she emphasised the value of cultivating regular savings habits as a foundation for financial security.
It stated that the camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from both students and faculty, who engaged actively in discussions which marked an important step towards empowering young minds with the financial skills necessary for a secure and sustainable future.
