During the camp, Dr P Kumaresan delivered a talk on the topic “Say no to tobacco”. He spoke at length about the dangers of tobacco consumption and its long-term impact on health. He encouraged the students to make a firm decision to stay away from tobacco in all its forms throughout their lives.

Following this, Kharila Sangtam gave a practical demonstration on the “Eight steps of hand washing” to emphasise the importance of maintaining good hygiene.
