DIMAPUR — Thejasevi Putsure, a young entrepreneur nominated by the Department of Youth Resources and Sports, is representing Nagaland at the ongoing BIMSTEC Youth Leaders' Summit in Guwahati, Assam, from September 9 to the 11th.
The summit, hosted by the Bharat Scouts and Guides under the aegis of the Ministry of External Affairs, provides a platform for young changemakers to exchange ideas, collaborate on solutions, and build lasting networks, stated an update from the Department of Youth Resources and Sports.

It stated that the summit focuses on fostering leadership and entrepreneurship across the BIMSTEC region, laying the foundation for a future defined by shared prosperity, innovation, and inclusive growth.
By engaging youth leaders and entrepreneurs, the summit seeks to encourage innovation-driven development, create opportunities for collaboration, and strengthen regional cooperation among BIMSTEC nations, it further stated.
