Governor Nand Kishore Yadav visits Dimapur temples, highlights unity, peace and preservation of cultural heritage in Nagaland.

DIMAPUR — Governor of Nagaland Nand Kishore Yadav visited Sitla Mata Mandir, Hanuman Mandir and Shree Shree Siddhi Vinayak Ganesh Mandir in Dimapur on Thursday, as part of his official tour, where he offered prayers and sought blessings.
According to a DIPR report, during the visit, the governor interacted with temple authorities and devotees, emphasising the importance of preserving the state’s rich cultural and spiritual heritage.
Yadav highlighted the role of places of worship in fostering unity, peace, and communal harmony among people.

Devotees present at the temples expressed happiness over the governor’s visit and appreciated his gesture of engaging with the local community.
“The visit is part of the governor’s ongoing efforts to connect with various sections of society and promote inclusivity across Nagaland,” it stated.
Following the temple visits, the governor proceeded to Kohima.
