F1 Sim Racing India Open time trials draw students and motorsport enthusiasts at TXG Expo Nagaland in Kohima

DIMAPUR — The F1 Sim Racing India Open Time Trials drew motorsport enthusiasts and students at the ongoing TXG Expo Nagaland 2026 at NBCC Convention Centre, Kohima, on Friday.
According to a DIPR update, professional-grade Formula 1 racing simulators have been installed at the expo, allowing participants to experience sim racing and compete in the time trials.
Participants who record the qualifying time will advance to the regional-level competition, with successful racers progressing to the national championship in junior and senior categories.
The F1 Sim Racing booth attracted a steady crowd, with students and F1 enthusiasts taking turns at the simulators and testing their driving skills.
The championship is organised by Mumbai Falcons Racing Limited, an Indian motorsport team that has competed in racing events internationally.
The F1 Sim Racing India Open Time Trials will continue at the TXG Expo in Kohima until August 29, providing participants another opportunity to qualify for the next stage of the competition.
