The team shared experiences and challenges that Ex-PAN has been dealing with in Nagaland and learned about how their counterparts function in neighbouring states. Along with sharing the challenges and successes of individual states, they also deliberated on working more cohesively towards nation-building and supporting each other's issues to further cement the bond amongst the northeastern states.

The association expressed that it was humbling that such respect and honour were bestowed upon the members of Ex-PAN, and they remain indebted to them.
Ex-PAN further extended its deepest gratitude to the Speaker of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly, Sharingain Longkumer, and the Nagaland Legislative Assembly for willingly assisting Ex-PAN, both financially and logistically, so that this first-ever exposure tour of Ex-PAN could be successful.
