DIMAPUR — As part of its second phase of agitation against the state government’s recent teachers’ rationalisation exercise, the Eastern Naga Students’ Federation (ENSF) has directed its federating units to seal down government offices and schools.
In a directive issued on Sunday, the federation informed that movement of government-registered vehicles will also be restricted. The second phase of agitation will commence from Monday.
However, essential services have been exempted from the purview of the agitation. These include district administration offices, medical services, police, fire and emergency services, power, paramilitary, and banking services.
The ENSF stated that the agitation will remain in force until further orders.
