The session will provide hand-holding support to employees and establishments requiring assistance with provident fund-related matters. The programme will cover key aspects such as filing grievances—guidance on submitting complaints via EPFiGMS, CPGRAMS, and other grievance redressal portals; digital services and fraud prevention—educating stakeholders on e-nomination, online claim filing, KYC updates in UAN, and the Principal Employer Dashboard.
The session will also focus on employee rights and employer responsibilities, ensuring compliance with social security provisions, including provident fund, pension, and insurance benefits. The programme will have a pension help desk to resolve pension-related grievances on the spot.
EPFO has urged subscribers, pensioners, establishments, employee representatives, and industrial chambers to participate. Employers have been encouraged to extend social security benefits to all eligible employees from the first day of employment.
The Employees’ Pension Scheme (1995) and the Employees’ Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme (1976), offering coverage up to INR 7 lakh, are available to workers in the state of Nagaland. Stakeholders have been invited to provide feedback and suggestions during the session to further improve EPFO’s services.
