Don Bosco College Kohima inaugurated the Bosco Gym to promote health and holistic development for students and faculty, with demonstrations led by Fusion Fitness.

DIMAPUR — The Bosco Gym was inaugurated at Don Bosco College, Kohima (DBCK), on September 12.
The opening ceremony was attended by Avilie Zuyie, national and international arm wrestling gold medallist and team champion of Pro Panja League Season 2 (2025), along with representatives from Fusion Fitness gym, according to a press release.
Fr. Dr. Tious Varghese, principal of DBCK, delivered the welcome address and highlighted the gym’s core purpose of promoting the health and fitness of students and faculty.
He said it would also serve as a mental training facility fostering discipline and resilience, reflecting the college’s commitment to holistic development.

The attendees were given a tour of the facilities and equipment, with demonstrations on their uses and safety guidelines by the Fusion Fitness team comprising Vizovolie Victor Rame (proprietor and head trainer), LC Sekhose (brand ambassador), Pusing H Longulam (trainer), Meguo Yase and Seyie Tsükhrü.
According to the release, the opening of Bosco Gym is expected to enhance the health and wellbeing of students and faculty, creating a conducive environment for achieving fitness goals.
