The union maintained that examinations of such national importance must be conducted with absolute transparency, accountability, and integrity.
It urged the responsible authorities, including the National Testing Agency (NTA) and investigative agencies, to undertake a thorough and impartial inquiry.
Any individual or group found responsible must be held accountable in accordance with be law, it stated.
The union also called upon the authorities to take immediate corrective measures to restore trust and ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future.
