The programme was held at the District Education Office Kohima, on the topic, ‘The quantum age begins: Potentials and challenges.’

Vizo highlighted the quantum applications across several key areas such as agriculture, health, energy, and technology. She stressed on the challenges that accompany such progress, stating that quantum systems are expensive and complex, requiring deep knowledge of mathematics and science.
Besides, she emphasised the need to be responsible for use of these powerful tools wisely to benefit humanity rather than cause harm.
Vizo asserted that the future will belong to those who prepare today through curiosity, hard work, and imagination. She also observed that many in the audience may one day become scientists, educators, doctors, or innovators who will determine how quantum technologies are applied.
Further, Vizo inspired the participants by citing Albert Einstein's words, “The important thing is not to stop questioning.” She urged the students to maintain their curiosity, build a strong academic foundation, and seize the opportunities presented by the quantum age, as the next great discovery could be theirs to make.
The programme was led by Kajina Sote, Project Assistant, DMA, Samagra Shiksha, with an invocation prayer by Neisiesa Chüsi, AEO at Sr. SDEO Kohima. The welcome address was delivered by Rokoneinuo, ADC, DMA, Samagra Shiksha.
