Discount on Medicine

With a little knowledge I have with regard to 25% discount on medicine for patient, I have come across that the general public are unaware of the same. On two occasions, I was refunded with INR 10 for purchase of Aciloc Tablet and the other time, I was refunded with INR 20 of a bill worth INR 500. On my query, the pharmacy had refunded the said amount. So in order to create public awareness, I want to inform the general public that this Government scheme, a rebate programme offering 25% discount on prescription medications for patients, has been ongoing. This initiative is designed to increase patient access to affordable medicine and reduce the financial burden of managing long-term health condition of the general public.

So, it is my earnest appeal to one and all to claim 25% discount on medicine on purchase from pharmacies.
