Sir,
The undersign would like to bring to the notice of the District administration against illegal tax collection by unauthorized persons to the auto Rickshaw drivers in the public places and the running auto carrying passengers thereby causing immense hardship to the public and auto drivers as well. These illegal tax collectors are extorting 10/- each for auto drivers Union and Auto owners Union, and another Rs 20/- for night, the receipt of which is enclosed herein.
It is therefore, appeal to the District Administration to arrest those illegal tax collectors and book them under relevant section of law.
