DIMAPUR — A four-day in-house training on office procedures and service rules for district office assistants (UDAs and LDAs) under the Directorate of School Education commenced in Kohima on Tuesday.
In his inaugural speech, Razouseyi Vese, Director of School Education, encouraged the participants to be sincere in executing the roles and duties assigned to them, as they play a key role in their establishments.
According to an update, a total of 45 participants from all districts are participating in the training programme, which will culminate on April 24.

During the programme, Raymond Vizo, Secretariat Assistant to the Government of Nagaland, spoke on the Nagaland Education Service Rules 2017. L Yemertetba, Under Secretary in the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, elaborated on the maintenance of APAR, service books, and leave rules.
Topics to be covered during the four-day session include noting and drafting, file management, matters related to accounts, PIMS, the SMILE application, and TAMS.
