Dimapur SC enters semi-final of Capt. Kengurüse MVC Football Tournament

KOHIMA — Dimapur Sporting Club advanced to the semi-finals of the 9th Captain Kengurüse MVC Football Tournament after defeating Mavericks FC 2–0 in the quarter-final match held on Saturday at IG Stadium, Kohima.

Merensang opened the scoring for Dimapur SC in the 27th minute, followed by a second goal from Katoho in the 35th minute to seal the victory. Despite their best efforts, Mavericks FC failed to find the back of the net.

Dimapur SC will face Lüshe FC in the semi-final match scheduled for November 3.
