DIMAPUR — The Dimapur Police recovered an unidentified dead body at the FCI Siding area near Railway Bazar on Tuesday.
According to a press note issued by the deputy commissioner of police (Crime)/PRO, Dimapur, the body is of a non-Naga male, approximately 40-45 years of age.
The police stated that the cause of death is suspected to be due to illness. On completion of legal formalities, the body was shifted to the District Hospital Dimapur morgue for post-mortem examination and identification.
The deceased was described as having a dark complexion and was wearing a black striped shirt and blue trousers.
Claimants, relatives, or friends of the deceased have been requested to contact the officer-in-charge, GRPS, Dimapur (7085055021).
