Dimapur Police arrest fifth accused in GB Kiyeto Zhimomi abduction case; four surrendered earlier, two key accused remain absconding.

DIMAPUR — Dimapur Police have arrested the fifth accused in connection with the abduction of Kiyeto Zhimomi, Head GB of Vikuho village, on January 19.
According to a police report, the accused has been identified as Ahoshe Awomi, a ‘major’ of NSCN (Khango), resident of Yanzitong-B in Kiphire district, and presently staying at Borlengri Block-II.
It may be recalled that Kiyeto Zhimomi was abducted by a group of gunmen from Mishikito village on January 19 and was released the following day.
A case in this connection was registered at Diphupar Police Station.
The police further said that four accomplices—H Kiba, Lovito Kiba, Viniho Kiho and Hukhevi Yeptho—have surrendered before the police, while two key accused remain absconding.
