The union stated in a press statement that it has received public feedback regarding instances of delayed attendance, early departure, and the unavailability of officials during office hours, which affect the timely delivery of public services and cause inconvenience to citizens, students, and visitors.
It said that in the interest of efficient administration and improved public service delivery, the DNSU will undertake periodic visits to government offices, educational institutions, and other public establishments within its jurisdiction to understand their functioning and gather public feedback.
