Deputy Commissioner Kohima notifies on national award Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar

• DIMAPUR — Deputy Commissioner of Kohima, B Henok Buchem, has invited nominations for the prestigious National Award, Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar (PMRBP) 2025, recognising outstanding achievements of children below 18 years of age (as of 31st July 2025).

• In a circular, the DC stated that nomination are under six categories —bravery, social service, environment, sports, art & culture, science & technology.

• The DC requested all the district departments to make special efforts to identify and nominate deserving/talented children, especially from weaker sections, SC/ST communities, girls and divyang persons, whose achievements merit national recognition.
