Daily Needs Bazaar opens at CMC Agri Expo, Chümoukedima, featuring 66 shops and daily essentials, alongside a 10-day Food Fest from October 1 to 10.

DIMAPUR — A new daily market, Daily Needs Bazaar, was inaugurated on Thursday at CMC Agri Expo, 4th Mile, Chümoukedima.
Myanthung Patton, Deputy Director, State Agri Expo, inaugurated the market, which is located next to the Agri Expo gate.
Nitoka Hesso, Music Director of Unity Village Sümi Baptist Church, dedicated the market with a prayer.
According to the market management team, Daily Needs Bazaar will remain open daily from 6 am to 5 pm, offering a range of everyday essentials, including groceries and clothing. The market complex has 66 kiosks and cubicle shops.

Nagaland eyes specialty coffee boom
Coinciding with the inauguration, the management team is organising a 10-day Food Fest at the same premises from October 1 to 10. The food festival will be held daily from 5 pm to 10 pm.
The Food Fest will feature a variety of food and beverages, including fast food, Naga traditional cuisine, biryani and rice dishes, fried chicken, Indian street food, Chinese food, barbecue and grills, seafood, Korean street food, desserts and sweets, ice cream and frozen desserts, tea and coffee, fresh juices, beverages, mocktails and other cold drinks.
The organisers have invited the public to visit the newly opened market and enjoy the Food Fest during the 10-day event.
