- DIMAPUR — C-Edge College, Chümoukedima,
celebrated its 11th Commencement Day on April 25 at the GK Auditorium.
- Delivering the opening address on the occasion, Moa Aier,
president of the college, reflected on the growth of the college over the years
and emphasised the importance of character, resilience, and the spirit of
lifelong learning, according to a press release.
- Outstanding students across different streams were
recognised for their academic excellence, leadership, and contributions to
campus life. The winners of the Academic Excellence – Laurel Award were Ikato
(BA I Semester), Zuthoto Phesa-o (BA III Semester), Thejavikho Miari (BA V
Semester), Hoto I Assumi (BBA I Semester), Nikhuli Achumi (BBA III Semester),
and Thejasikho Vakha (BBA V Semester).
- For the Balakrishnan Ramanathan Award for EVS toppers, the
recipients were Yiutsula Yim (BA I Semester) and Hoto I Assumi (BBA I
Semester).
- In recognition of exemplary dedication to attendance, the
Champion Star Attendance Award winners were Chubanungsang Imsong (BA V
Semester), with an outstanding 98.2 per cent attendance, and Tolika Aye (BBA V
Semester), maintaining an impressive 97.3 per cent attendance record.

- This year’s NUVBC EU Student of the Year was awarded to
Thejasikho Vakha of BBA VI Semester. Additionally, the Library Best User Award
was presented to Kivinoli S Aye (BA VI Semester). Finally, the SPEAR Prize,
given to the overall achiever, was bagged by Thejasikho Vakha of BBA VI
Semester.
