DIMAPUR — A block level orientation on the Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyaan (AKA) was held at the Dobashi Customary Court, Tuli, Mokokchung district, on September 20.
The Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyaan is a nationwide initiative of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, aimed at institutionalising responsive governance and ensuring last mile service delivery in tribal areas through participatory planning and inter-departmental convergence, a DIPR report stated.
The programme was attended by key stakeholders from various government departments, including Rural Development & NSLRM, PHED, Power, CHC Tuli, Food & Civil Supplies, Agriculture & allied, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Service, and PWD (R&B).
Representatives from several villages under Tuli block such as Wameken, Kangtsung, Merangkong, Asangma, Aopenzu, Luyong (Molungyimsen B), and Monungyimsen, participated in the orientation.
