DIMAPUR — BJP Nagaland conducted a district-level workshop under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Prashikshan Mahabhiyan (PDUPM) in Tuensang on Friday, with the participation of party workers from Tuensang, Kiphire, Noklak, and Longleng districts.
In a press release,the Media Cell, BJP Nagaland, stated that the workshop was aimed at strengthening the organisational structure of the party and enhancing the capacity of karyakartas through training on ideology, governance, digital outreach, and booth management.
Resource persons delivered sessions on various topics. Tsachola Rothrong spoke on ideological foundation and welfare schemes, while Nini Cheng delivered a session on work methodology. Haidoba Hingleu spoke on social media, AI, NaMo App and Saral, highlighting the importance of digital platforms in political communication and organisational work.

Kashini Kiba addressed the gathering on vision for work expansion, encouraging party workers to further strengthen the party at the grassroots level.
Shiyeto Wotsa spoke on history and development, and Pintu M Ghosh conducted a session on booth management, emphasising the importance of strong booth-level organisation.
“Party workers from the four districts actively participated in the workshop, reaffirming their commitment to strengthening the party organisation and working towards the ideals of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya,” the release stated.
