PM Narendra Modi has focused on uplifting the downtrodden and this has been manifested in all the schemes and projects of the government,” she said.

Konyak said that there were many projects and schemes like the Ayushman Bharat that have had an impact on the lives of the people in Nagaland, citing 331 health and wellness centres that are operational in the state.

‘The BJP believes in being a party with a difference because it is not only an election-based party but works for the people throughout the year,’ she stated.

‘This is a government that works with a vision and that vision is being fulfilled with the various schemes and projects of the government,’ she said, adding that they will be reaching out to the beneficiaries of various schemes over one month.

While maintaining that various government schemes have benefitted many youths from Nagaland, she said that there some schemes that can’t be fully implemented in the state because “in hilly terrains like ours, we do not have all weather roads and other challenges but in spite of it all, we are achieving the goals”.
