Beisumpui Youth Organisation celebrates its golden jubilee with MLA Namri Nchang emphasising unity, faith, and government commitment to development.

DIMAPUR — The Beisumpui Youth Organisation (BYO) celebrated its golden jubilee under the banner “Always for the best” at Beisumpui in Peren on January 14 with MLA Namri Nchang as the special guest.
In his address, Nchang reflected on the organisation’s 50-year journey, stating that it is a story of strength, purpose, gratitude, achievement, and hope, according to a DIPR report.
He expressed that the golden jubilee marks not only a milestone but also the beginning of a vibrant new chapter filled with inspiration and legacy.

Encouraging the citizens of Beisumpui, he urged them to seek God first and stand for truth, assuring them that God’s blessings would surely follow. He further wished that the milestone would unlock greater joy and blessings in the decades ahead and prayed for God’s grace, wisdom, good health, and abundant blessings for the future.
The special guest also highlighted that under the leadership of Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, the state government is committed to good governance, legitimacy, and economic stability. He stated that effective service-orientated policies, including social safety measures, are contributing to long-term growth while aligning development with public needs.
Earlier, Irangtalakpe and Changlakpe, chairmen of Old Beisumpui and Beisumpui, delivered short speeches praising God for His blessings. The golden jubilee souvenir was released by the special guest. A cultural dance was presented by the Women Society of Old Beisumpui.
