The Capacity Building Plan Development is a mechanism for developing training modules for government employees using AIe tools. It will be used as a blueprint for the training requirements of the departments with the aim of building future-ready, citizen-centric civil servants.
The plan incorporates the national push towards capacity building at an institutional level while taking into account state-specific roles and responsibilities.
