- DIMAPUR — A
personnel of 12 Assam Rifles, identified as 43-year-old Tsalichem Sangtam, was
found dead outside the Assam Rifles Composite Hospital in Shokhuvi,
Chümoukedima district, in the intervening night of June 5 and 6.
- According to an official source, the body was found with
stab wounds at around midnight. Police has been informed of the incident, the
source added.

- The body was taken to District Hospital Dimapur for
post-mortem examination.
- As per the source, no suspects had been identified at the
time of filing this report, and the inquiry is still ongoing.
