DIMAPUR — A woman from Naga United Village in Chümoukedima district was allegedly threatened and harassed by armed miscreants who entered her house around 1 pm on September 7.

The attackers reportedly demanded information about her husband, who the woman said was out of town for medical treatment.

They allegedly instructed her to appear with her husband at the NSCN/GPRN (Khango) office in Thilixu village at 10 am on September 8.

Dimapur Police confirmed that a complaint has been lodged regarding the incident and that the matter is under investigation.
