Advisor Z Nyusietho Nyuthe inaugurates the Akhegwo Village Council Hall under the LADP Iconic Project, calling for unity.

DIMAPUR — The Akhegwo Village Council Hall, constructed under the Local Area Development Programme (LADP) Iconic Project, was inaugurated by Advisor for New and Renewable Energy and Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA), Z Nyusietho Nyuthe, on Wednesday.
Addressing the gathering, Nyuthe appreciated the collective efforts of the people of Akhegwo village, noting that the successful completion of the hall was made possible through cooperation, dedication, and community participation, according to an update.

He expressed his gratitude to the local workers for their hard work and commitment and conveyed special appreciation to the Mechu Chugho Clan for their generous donation of land for the construction of the village council hall, describing it as a noble contribution towards the welfare of the community.
During his address, he shared a story noting that teaching a person how to fish ensures self-reliance, rather than offering short-term help. He also dwelt on the importance of unity and called for doing away with all forms of “isms” that are destroying the fabric of society.
Deputy Commissioner of Meluri, K Mhathung Tsanglao, also conveyed a message.
