DIMAPUR — The two-day 3rd edition of the Adolescent Fest, presented by ICFAI University Nagaland and organised by Can Youth, concluded at the DDSC Stadium, Dimapur.
Held on the theme “Dream, discover, do”, the Adolescent Fest 2025 witnessed participation from adolescents, youth groups, and community members, according to a press release.
Day 2 featured sporting activities and community engagement initiatives. Prior to the commencement of the games, participants were addressed by the guest speaker, who spoke on discipline, integrity, unity, and the importance of sports in character building and leadership development.

The sporting events conducted on the concluding day included Tug of War and Penalty Shootout. In the Tug of War competition, Universal Team emerged as the winner, while Generation Team secured the runner-up position. The Penalty Shootout event was won by Burma Camp Club, with Old Star Club finishing as the runner-up. In the girls' category, Millennial Vision School won the prize.
Coinciding with the conclusion of the fest, ICFAI University Nagaland, in collaboration with Can Youth, held a networking and consultation meeting with NGOs from Dimapur to explore future collaboration for community development, with a special focus on student development initiatives of the university.
NGOs that attended the meeting included Pro Rural, Bethesda Youth Welfare Centre, Sisterhood Network, Act of Kindness, Dimapur 24X7, Gracious Life Foundation, Prodigals Home and Dimapur Eastern Naga Students' Union.
The closing ceremony was attended by Ghani Pamei, proprietor of Makaam Sports Enterprises, as the special guest. He encouraged the participants to be proactive and build a healthy network with friends.
He also acknowledged the collective efforts of ICFAI University Nagaland and Can Youth in creating platforms that promote youth engagement, physical fitness, and community collaboration.
