DIMAPUR — A book titled “The Little Things," written by Neibu Kuotsu, teacher at Patkai Higher Secondary School (PHSS) and published by Woods Publishers, was officially launched at Bunckrock Chapel of Patkai Christian College (PCC) on Friday.
Speaking about the book, Kuotsu stated that the book is an illustration of what he had learned from his students inside and outside the classroom and what he wanted his students to learn. He added that the book emphasises the importance of addressing “the small things because it is only when we take care of it, big achievements come to fruition.”
The author emphasised that life’s most valuable lessons often become clear when the moments have passed. Through his book, he aims to provide insights that could help readers especially students to recognise and absorb those lessons early before the opportunity slips away.
He further conveyed gratitude to his family members, colleagues and students from all the four schools for adding beautiful stories into his writings.
Earlier in his address, PCC’s principal, Dr. Thepfüvilie Pierü, lauded and congratulated the author for publishing his first book and also encouraged the congregation to take it as a stepping stone in releasing books in future.
