A total of 83 Naga candidates completed free skill training in mobile repair, electronics, home appliance repair and advanced electrification under an NSEDM-sponsored programme.

DIMAPUR — A total of 83 Naga candidates have successfully completed free skill training under a programme sponsored by the Nagaland Skill and Entrepreneurship Development Mission (NSEDM), IDAN, Government of Nagaland.
According to an update, the training was conducted at Pinnacle Skills Training Centre, Sovima, Chümoukedima district, with certification ceremonies held on August 29 and September 3.
Representatives from NSEDM attended both ceremonies and joined the candidates in marking the successful completion of their respective courses.
The August 29 ceremony was held for candidates who completed courses in mobile repair and electronics/home appliances repair. Both courses were conducted over 40 days.
The September 3 ceremony was held for candidates who completed an advanced electrification course, which was conducted over 45 days.

The training programmes focused on equipping candidates with practical and industry-relevant skills to enhance opportunities in employment, self-employment and entrepreneurship.
The certification marked an important milestone for the 83 candidates, recognising their dedication and successful completion of the training programmes.
The initiative reflects the continued efforts of NSEDM and the Government of Nagaland to create accessible skill development opportunities and equip young people with skills for sustainable livelihoods.
Pinnacle Skills expressed appreciation to NSEDM, IDAN, and the Government of Nagaland for their support and congratulated all 83 candidates on their achievement.
