Thirty-three players from Mokokchung District Taekwondo Association will compete in the Nagaland State Taekwondo Championship 2025 at Longleng from July 29.

DIMAPUR — A team of 33 players in different age and weight categories representing Mokokchung District Taekwondo Association (MDTA) will participate in the upcoming Nagaland State Taekwondo Championship 2025 and Under-14 Taekwondo Catch Them Young Tournament at Longleng from July 29 to the 31st.
According to an update from MDTA, the selection of players for the 35th edition of the event was conducted by MDTA officials and referees at Ladybird Higher Sec School on July 21, where the players sparred and demonstrated their preparedness.
In the last edition of the championship held at Phek district in 2024, the MDTA team bagged 18 medals in different categories.
