22 shooters from Nagaland to compete in NE Zone Championship

DIMAPUR —  The Nagaland Rifle Association (NRA) has announced the selection of 22 shooters to represent the state at the 12th North East Zone Shooting Championship 2025. The event will be held at MRA Shooting Gallery, Mualpui, Mizoram, from September 8 to 13.

According to the NRA, the shooters will compete in small bore rifle and pistol events.

The selected shooters are: Ayeka Aye, Wangshikokba Longkumer, Lumrila Jangkhiunger, Jentiya Walling, Merentsungba, Kikrukhrienuo Belho, Kimatsung Jamir, Medophrezo Sekhose, Japuto Y Zhimo, Lanusenla Longchar, Wapangnungla Longkumer, Vevelu Chizo, Chizou Sorhienuo, M Tiatemjen Jamir, Zidon Gurung, Yimtashir Pongen, Yuvika Aye, Khrieketounuo Belho, Lanu Rongsenkaba Jamir, Tovika H Chishi, Lanu Akumtoshi Jamir, and Metekhrielie Mejura.
