DIMAPUR — Norman Putsure College (NPC), Chümoukedima, and Eastern Christian College (ECC), Dimapur, formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Thursday, marking a significant step toward strengthening academic cooperation and mutual growth between the two institutions.
In a press release, Norman Putsure College stated that the signing ceremony symbolised a shared vision to enhance educational standards, promote intellectual exchange, and create broader opportunities for students and faculty members alike.
By combining their strengths and resources, both colleges aspire to cultivate a more dynamic learning environment that encourages innovation, critical thinking, and holistic development, it stated.
Norman Putsure College, established in 2022, has been steadily building its reputation by focusing on holistic education and nurturing the diverse talents of its students.

Eastern Christian College, founded in 1992, is a well-established and respected institution offering undergraduate programs in Arts and Commerce.
With decades of experience in delivering quality education, the college has played a vital role in shaping generations of students through academic rigor and value-based learning.
“The signing of this MOU reflects both institutions’ dedication to providing quality education and promoting cultural exchange.
“It is expected that this collaboration will open new avenues for academic enrichment, strengthen institutional ties, and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of higher education in the region,” the release added.
