Sargam Cultural Association and NEZCC organise Rabindra Utsav 2026 art competition at Durga Mandir in Dimapur.

DIMAPUR — The Sargam Cultural Association, in collaboration with the North East Zone Cultural Centre (NEZCC), Ministry of Culture, organised Rabindra Utsav 2026 at the Durga Mandir Auditorium in Dimapur on Sunday.
According to an update, during the programme, a speech was delivered by Advocate Mahavir Jain, Advisor to Sargam. As part of the event, an art competition was conducted with the participation of 160 contestants.
In Group A, Girikbe Langthasa secured the first position, while Yanshika Pradhan and Subham Paul stood second and third, respectively. Consolation prizes were awarded to Prity Roy and Tanisha Das.
In Group B, Leevika Debnath secured the first position, Shana Ghosh took the second position, and Smiti Debnath finished third. Consolation prizes were given to Subhojit Debnath and Jini Maibangsa.

In Group C, Dilipdi Jigdung took the first position, Sudip Biswas came second, and Deepshika Bhattacharjee finished third. Sanjita Dey and Lakhi Dey received consolation prizes.
The competition was judged by Rajive Dey, Kamal Das, and Manjit Mukherjee.
The programme was compered by Pampi Sarkar and Srabanee Acharjee, while the concept and direction were led by Kamal Acharjee. Pankaj Sinha of Vidya Bharati, Dimapur, also attended the event.
