Zunheboto: Winter Cricket Cup concludes

Dimapur, Dec. 21 (EMN): The winter Cricket Cup organised by Trojans XX club Zunheboto concluded on December 21  at Zunheboto District Sports Complex ground.

An update issued on Dec. 21 informed that the tournament which was started on Dec 10 had 10 teams altogether.

The President of Hekato Trojans XX club K. Yeptho President informed that the tournament which was organised after 5 years is planned to be organised annually.

The final match was played between the team Zenith and team LNSA Lizu Naghuto Sports Association where the Team Zenith emerged as the winner of the tournament with more than 30 runs.

Individual awardees of the tournament include,Kheka Zhimo Trojans XX, club (B) as the best keeper, Hopito Assumi from team Zenith who took 15 wickets was awarded the Best bowler, Vinoto Y Kiba from team LNSA as the Best Batsman and Hopito Assumi emerged won Man of the Tournament title.
