Dimapur, November 25: Elder people of Zunheboto held a meeting to discuss the programme for the ensuing 75th years celebration of Zunheboto town on November 19 under the aegis of Sumi Hoho with Pukhayi Sumi, Parliamentary Secretary; Tridibesh Roy, Deputy Commissioner, Zunheboto; and several other elders.
The elders present selected Pukhayi Sumi, Parliamentary Secretary who is also the chairman of Zunheboto District Planning and Development Board (DPDB); S Hukavi Zhimomi, Parliamentary Secretary who is also an MLA from Zunheboto Assembly Constituency; and Tridibesh Roy, Deputy Commissioner, Zunheboto, as chairman, vice chairman and secretary respectively of the jubilee planning board. Several other prominent elders including Toniho Yepthomi, president Sumi Hoho, were inducted as Board members.
The elders present in the meeting decided to meet frequently to discuss various course of programme for the celebration.
