Zunheboto District Planning and Development Board meeting held
District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) meeting for Zunheboto was held at the DC conference hall under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner and Vice Chairman of DPDB, Rahul Bhanudas Mali.

- DIMAPUR — The
monthly District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) meeting for Zunheboto
was held at the DC conference hall on Thursday, under the chairmanship of
Deputy Commissioner and Vice Chairman of DPDB, Rahul Bhanudas Mali.
- A DIPR report stated that the meeting began with a review of
the minutes from the previous meeting and the introduction of new board
members.
- During the meeting, the board deliberated the agenda for the
registration of Chophimi Kuposhuku-lu Naghuto Old and New Society, which was
approved and forwarded to the concerned authority for final approval.
- The ADC Atoizu, Nukutulu Venuh, through the EAC Atoizu, Dr.
Samuel Akho-Konyak, resubmitted a proposal for the construction of an EAC
quarter at Atoizu.
- Supplementing the proposal, the EAC highlighted to the board
members the deplorable condition of other government buildings that cannot be
used for any purpose and the hardship faced by the officers posted. The DPDB
members approved the proposal with priority for further procedures.
- ADC Zunheboto, Japhet Woch, while reiterating his previous
address to the board, encouraged the board members to be more sincere at the
district's highest decision-making meeting. He further appealed to all the
heads of districts to be personally present at the meeting and refrain from
sending a representative who isn't technically entitled to attend the DPDB
meeting, he stated.
- The meeting concluded with the DC directing the LRD and CVO
departments to prepare PowerPoint presentations for the April DPDB meeting.
