Dimapur, May 11 (EMN): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of Zunheboto district organised recognition programme to honour two of its legislators- Kazheto Kinimi and Khehovi H Sema on May 8. A press note from the party unit on Friday informed.
Advisor for Skill Development, Labour and Employment and Civil Administrative Works Division, Kazheto Kinimi from 31-A/C Akuluto expressed his gratitute for organising the programme. He encouraged the party workers to cooperate with the Peoples’ Democratic Alliance (PDA) government to bring development in the district.
Advisor for Tourism and Art and Culture, H Khehovi Yepthomi from 33-A/C Suruhuto shared the plans and programmes of the new government. He said, ‘change will take place under the leadership of the Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio in the State and Narendra Modi’s government in the Centre.’
The party’s district president, Shikuto Sema welcomed the two members and congratulated them for bringing laurel to the party. He said the district has not been able to produce a single BJP MLA in the political history, but the duo have make.
