ZSU to check illegal immigrants

Dimapur, Aug. 27 (EMN): The Zeme Students’ Union (ZSU) during its first central executive meeting for the academic year 2018-19, decided to check the influx of illegal immigrants under its jurisdiction, according to the direction given by the Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) recently, in the light of the National Register of Citizen (NCR) in Assam. The union has directed all its federating units to seriously check on the influx of illegal immigrants to its jurisdiction. It urther warned of stringent action against the defaulters and any local people found sheltering or protecting immigrants.
