Dimapur, Feb. 13 (EMN): NDPP candidate of 5 Ghaspani-II AC, Zhaleo Rio, has reiterated that “deeds are what defines a person” and that one’s commitment for people right from grass root level is basically the determining factor as to whether party workers are involved in action. He said this while addressing a host of party men and well wishers at Medziphema on February 12 where he called on his substitute party candidate impromptu.
Speaking on being at the forefront for his constituency during the last 5 years, he expressed gratitude to the cooperation rendered by public in execution of developmental works even though he was at the helm of affairs for less than two years. He was optimistic to remain updated on the common needs of the people as always in order to act accordingly and reaffirmed that he as well as all party workers would continue to be bridges for the people as a whole.
He also acknowledged the decision of some former INC and other party former leaders led by Dzüviu Krose, former president of INC 5 Ghaspani-II AC, who have joined him to strengthen the party.
The other members who joined hands included Chunmang Chongloi, Neichülabeiü, Viketoli, Henkholal, Thangpao, Alet Lunkin, Avoü, Beino Krose and Kevingusano Peseyie, vice president of NPF women wing 5 Ghaspani-II AC.
All the members pledged unwavering dedication to work and elect him as the constituency representative while anticipating his helping hands in future.
