Dimapur, April 10 (EMN): The advisor for department of Youth Resources and Sports Nagaland, Zale Neikha called on Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Col. Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore at his office residence in New Delhi. A press release received from PRO (IPR) Nagaland House on Tuesday informed.
During the meet, Neikha appraised the ongoing centrally sponsorship scheme in the Nagaland and infrastructures needs of the Youth Resources & Sports department.
An update also stated that an advisor has submitted the state’s top priority needs of infrastructure development in various disciplines to be considered by the Central ministry. In response to his request, the union minister assured to take up those top priority projects for early sanction in the interest of Naga youth. The union minister also acknowledged the capable, potential and talent of the Naga youth.
The advisor also called on both the secretaries of Sports and Youth Affairs at their respective offices and highlighted the activities of the state’s department and requested them to extend their support and assistance to the Naga youth which was accordingly obliged by both the secretaries.
