‘Young leaders must learn to think exponentially’

Ruangmei who was the resource person for the seminar organised by the Education department of Sakus Mission College spoke on topics ‘exponential transformation of humanity’ and ‘thriving leaders in an exponential world.’ The programme was conducted on June 13 at the college auditorium. A press release received from the college on Wednesday informed. For leaders, he said to thrive in a constantly changing world and to make the best use of technologies, they need to replace old thinking with a new framework which he called it as “exponential leadership.’’ The resource person further said that leaders, entrepreneurs and parents have a huge responsibility to inspire and guide the transformation of humanity ‘on and off the earth.’
